Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and drive performance for fulfillment center associates across multiple sites. You will lead training initiatives, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions across locations.

In this role, you will coach site leaders, manage onboarding, collaborate with senior leadership on data-driven improvements, and travel frequently to ensure consistent, impactful learning programs

Qualifications

• Experience with adult learning theory and virtual training for remote teams.
• Experience delivering soft skills, technology skills, and/or system training.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through deep analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor training effectiveness across multiple processes and roles and adjust as needed.
• Coach and mentor site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness for assurance and process improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate priorities into effective learning solutions.
