Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Lean Deployment specialist based in Manhattan, KS or nearby locations to drive Parker Lean System (PLS) deployment across one or more sites. You will own governance, coach leadership, and lead multi-site improvement initiatives to achieve top-quartile performance.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to implement standardized work, 5S/6S, visual management, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead Parker Lean System deployment, ownership and governance at the site, multisite or division as needed.
• Coach site leadership to drive strategy deployment activities: data gathering, prioritization, goals alignment and portfolio tracking; support kaizen chartering and preparation.
• Ensure best practices across site(s) and/or division; drive sustainment checks and countermeasure follow-up.
