Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement at the Red Oak site in Iowa. You will deploy the Parker Lean System (PLS), coach leaders, and lead kaizen events to push multiple value streams toward top-quartile performance.

The role requires 5+ years of lean experience, a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, and travel up to 50% of the time. International exposure is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required with 5+ years of progressive lean experience.
  • Experience working internationally is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Global mobility considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Parker Lean System deployment, ownership and governance at the site.
  • Coach site leadership to drive strategy deployment and kaizen chartering.
  • Plan and execute large kaizen events for key processes with strong data baselines.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
  • Ensure sustainment plans, standard work updates and visual controls are deployed.
