Job summary

Parker Hannifin in the United States seeks a Division Lean Manager II to own the Parker Lean System (PLS) strategy across the division. You will lead a team of Lean Practitioners and Specialists, drive Kaizen culture, and partner with site leaders to deliver sustainable transformations that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align improvements with roadmaps, manage an improvement portfolio, and coach leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering/Operations) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive Lean/CI leadership experience.
• 6+ years of managerial/leadership experience with P&L.

Responsibilities

• Owns and deploys Parker Lean System (PLS) across all sites within the division and aligns with business objectives.
• Lead Lean/CI initiatives, drive Genba, Kaizen culture, and site/value stream transformation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to align improvements with roadmaps.
• Develop and coach CI and quality professionals; manage multi-site teams; build internal capability and certification paths.
• Establish dashboards and reviews to track project impact and operational performance; drive cost leadership; ensure compliance.
