Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region. Based in the US North, you will drive strategic growth, lead top talent, and collaborate with local teams from the Midwest to New England and Virginia.

Expect travel across North America and direct client engagement. You will translate strategy into actionable initiatives, oversee complex projects, and advocate for health, safety, and environmental excellence within a global engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in water resources engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning projects across the US North region.
• Support business development and client engagement in North America.
• Collaborate with sector leaders and practice community to leverage internal resources.
