Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region. This leadership role directs regional teams, shapes strategy, and partners with communities to deliver innovative water solutions across the Midwest to New England and beyond.

You will engage with clients, lead multi-disciplinary projects, and drive growth through strategic pursuits while upholding Stantec’s safety, quality, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE/PH/PG) in appropriate area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal water supply & watershed management practitioners.
• Lead business development and engage key clients in US North region.
• Collaborate with local/regional teams and sector leaders to align projects and pursuits.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning projects.
• Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across the region.
