Job summary

Stantec seeks a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North to lead multi-disciplinary teams and shape growth across the region. You will drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and advance technical excellence in water resources planning and infrastructure projects.

Located in the US North and willing to travel, you will collaborate with sector leaders, contribute to proposals, and mentor talent while upholding Stantec’s values and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal water supply & watershed management practitioners.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning projects.
• Drive growth of technical capabilities across the US North region.
• Engage with clients and industry associations, and contribute to proposals.
