Job summary

Stantec invites a seasoned Regional Sector Leader to guide Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive strategic growth, and collaborate with key clients to deliver complex water projects.

The role requires a deep technical background in water resources, plus strong leadership, proposal writing, and industry engagement. Travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.) in appropriate area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams conducting water resources planning projects throughout the US North Region.
• Perform and/or lead technical evaluations supporting the planning and design of integrated water supply and infrastructure projects.
• Lead and inspire a team of water supply and watershed management practitioners with strong technical skills.
• Engage with sector leaders, growth teams, project developers, and local teams to leverage resources.
