Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region, including the Midwest to New England and Virginia. You will direct the regional team, drive growth, and collaborate with clients and internal leaders to deliver complex water resources projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in water resources related field, 15+ years of experience, and professional certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop top talent within the water resources practice.
• Grow technical capabilities and engage with key clients in US North.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
