Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region. Lead, develop and expand our multi-disciplinary water resources practice, engage key clients, and drive strategic growth across the Midwest to New England and beyond.

You will guide technical excellence, shape proposals, and collaborate with sector leaders, growth teams, and local staff to win and deliver significant water projects while upholding Stantec’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.) in appropriate area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent within the regional water supply & watershed management practice.
• Grow technical capabilities and differentiate Stantec in the US North geography.
• Support business development and client engagement for strategic pursuits.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning and project delivery.
• Represent Stantec at industry conferences and maintain key client relationships.
