Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region, including Midwest to New England. You will lead a team of experts, advance water resources planning projects, and collaborate with clients and industry groups to shape strategy and growth.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, leadership, and partnership with communities to deliver reliable, sustainable water solutions across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in water resources engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.) required or preferred.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal water supply & watershed management practitioners.
• Reinforce external brand through industry involvement and strategic client engagement.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning projects across the US North region.
• Develop strategies for sector development and growth and collaborate with sector leaders.
