Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategy, engage with key clients, and drive growth across markets from the Midwest to New England and Virginia.

You possess 15+ years in water resources and hold a relevant engineering degree with PE/PH/PG credentials. The role requires travel across North America and a commitment to health, safety and our values.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.) in appropriate area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal water supply & watershed management practitioners.
• Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams conducting water resources planning projects.
• Help recruit, retain, and inspire a team of water supply & watershed management practitioners.
• Engage with clients and industry associations to grow the business.
