Job summary

Caliber Collision in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Regional Manager to lead center operations across the assigned region, driving performance, customer service and growth while upholding Caliber’s standards and SOPs.

The role requires leadership experience, mastery of collision repair processes and the ability to manage financials, training and recruiting to build a strong, safety‑minded team.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
• Previous leadership experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and customer service
• Provide tools, training & information to General Managers
• Identify acquisitions and brownfield targets and recruit candidates
• Ensure centers repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably as per SOPs and industry guidelines
