Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee center operations, ensuring world-class customer service and profitability across the assigned region. You will set performance goals, mentor General Managers, and drive growth while maintaining Caliber's SOPs and industry standards.

The role requires leadership experience, deep collision repair/estimating knowledge, and the ability to source talent and partnerships for future expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned region.
• Establish and maintain performance goals and standards for centers and region.
• Provide training, tools and information to General Managers.
• Identify acquisition/brownfield targets and recruit high-quality talent.
