Job summary

Caliber Collision in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead center operations (production and admin) across the region, drive performance, safety and world-class customer service, and uphold Caliber’s standards.

You will develop tools and training for General Managers, source and recruit talent, pursue acquisitions, and ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable while meeting industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Center operations (production and administrative) across the assigned Region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and customer service.
• Identify targets for acquisitions and recruit high-quality talent for potential employment.
