Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Regional Manager in Harrisburg, PA to oversee multi-center operations, drive performance, and ensure world-class customer service across the region. You will lead centers, establish goals, and supply General Managers with training and resources.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, coordinating acquisitions, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and insurer standards. Strong leadership and financial reporting skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Ability to report on financials and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations across the region.
• Develop and maintain goals, performance standards, and growth plans.
• Recruit, train, and provide tools to General Managers.
• Identify acquisition/brownfield opportunities and partnerships.
