Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Regional Manager to lead all-purpose center operations (production and administration) within the assigned region, ensuring performance, growth, and world-class customer service aligned with Caliber's SOPs.

The role includes setting expectations, delivering necessary tools and training to General Managers, and identifying acquisition targets while sourcing qualified candidates to sustain a strong regional talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations (production and administration) across the assigned region and drive performance and customer service.
• Establish goals and provide training and information to General Managers to support growth and standards.
• Identify potential acquisitions/brownfield targets and recruit high-quality talent to build a regional pipeline.
