Job summary

Caliber Collision in Spring, TX is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all-purpose duties across the assigned region, directing center operations (production and administrative) and driving world-class customer service through measurable activities and services.

The Regional Manager will set expectations, provide tools and training to General Managers, identify acquisitions, build on-ground relationships, and ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with Caliber SOPs and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations across the region, including production and admin.
• Establish performance goals and standards for growth and quality.
• Provide training and information to General Managers.
• Identify potential acquisitions and brownfield targets and recruit qualified candidates.
• Ensure centers repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOPs.
• Maintain alignment with insurance partners and industry guidelines.
