Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Regional Manager to lead center operations (production and administrative) within the assigned region. You will establish goals and standards, support performance and growth, and ensure world class customer service while aligning with SOPs and industry guidelines.

You will identify acquisition targets, build on-ground relationships, recruit qualified candidates, and develop a strong talent pipeline for operational success across centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations (production and administrative) across the assigned region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service.
• Identify potential acquisitions and brownfield targets; recruit and develop General Managers.
• Ensure centers repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOPs and industry guidelines.
