• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to report on financials.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations (production and administrative) within the assigned region.
• Establish and maintain company goals and standards for performance and customer service.
• Provide General Managers with clear expectations, tools, training and information.
• Identify potential acquisitions or brownfield targets and recruit high-quality talent.
• Ensure centers repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOPs and insurer guidelines.
