Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Regional Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including directing and leading Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region, and to establish and maintain company goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service through activities and services to support and measure the success of individual centers and overall region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision repair or estimating experience.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance policy coverage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and customer service.
• Identify potential acquisition targets and recruit qualified candidates for employment.
• Provide training and information to General Managers and develop on-ground relationships with targets.
