Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Two years of direct sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience managing strategic customer or distribution relationships across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Excel.
• Experience in pricing, profitability analysis and business planning.

• Support National Key Account Managers in executing strategic business plans for national accounts and distribution partners.
• Drive sales growth, market share expansion, and product conversion opportunities across multiple regions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at national, regional, and local levels.
• Execute national agreements, contracts, pricing programs, RFQs, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and align growth strategies.
• Partner with field sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to support customer objectives.
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive business planning, profitability, and strategic decision making.
• Deliver training, marketing, merchandising, and demand-generation programs that enhance customer engagement and growth.
