Job summary

3M seeks a Regional Distribution Leader to drive performance for key distributor accounts in the US. You will lead strategy, manage incentives, and build strong partnerships to achieve sales targets and growth.

You will work across sales, marketing, and operations to execute Joint Business Plans and optimize channel performance. The role requires a capable leader with experience in distribution channels, CRM platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Three years of customer service, account management, outside/inside sales, or channel/distributor partner experience.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with distribution channels and CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Regional Distribution Leader for distributor partner accounts worth $40M+.
• Define direction and priorities with full accountability for results for assigned distributor partner accounts.
• Identify market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
• Build strong distributor partners, customer relationships and trust.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plan with channel partners.
• Manage Customer Incentive Plan and process with channel partners.
• Oversee cross-sell, churn, NPIs, and sales targets for the territory.
