Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 reach in the Bay Area. You’ll cultivate new and existing school district relationships and drive sales across early childhood through high school markets, with an uncapped commission structure.

As a part of a stable, growth-focused team, you’ll work with sales support and Marketing to execute strategies, travel as needed, and leverage Lakeshore resources to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to travel within the territory, including ~20% overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with customers in the designated area.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Identify key customers and assess their needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ departments and channels to streamline sales.
