Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in the San Leandro area is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to expand our K-12 educational markets. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, managing a designated territory across the East Bay and beyond, while working with the Lakeshore sales and marketing teams.

You will drive new business and renewals with a strategic, outcomes-focused mindset, enjoy uncapped commissions, and benefit from a strong support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively from home.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including ~20% overnight stays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the designated territory (Oakland, Castro Valley, Berkeley area and surrounding East Bay).
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess and uncover customer needs.
• Attend local/state/national conferences to promote Lakeshore.
