Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a service-related industry.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations and employees across multiple customer locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop janitorial staff.
• Visit assigned sites to ensure service and quality standards.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Manage employee schedules within established labor budgets.
• Lead safety training and new-hire orientation.
• Review employee performance and create development plans as needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services within accounts.
• Maintain required operational documentation and records.
