Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to join our MSP team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will diagnose and repair workstations, networks, and software—both on-site with clients and remotely—while coordinating with the service desk to ensure seamless support.

Ideal candidates will have strong Windows expertise, AD/Group Policy familiarity, and professional certifications (A+/Net+/Sec+ preferred). Travel to Lansing may be required as needed, with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware assembly, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, recovery, and updates.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues for workstations, hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide onsite and remote support with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Follow SOPs and KBs to prioritize and close tickets within KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot desktops, VPN, hardware failures, and basic server functions.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
• Install, configure, and update software and OS.
• Back up data and perform restores when needed.
• Document solutions and recommend improvements for health checks.
