Job summary
The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues on workstations, networks, and basic servers, both on-site and remotely. You will be a primary contact for clients in the Philadelphia Metro Region and adjacent areas, following SOPs and documenting all actions.

Qualifications
- Hands-on hardware repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, recovery, setup, and updates.
- Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
- Experience with business networking including Active Directory and file sharing.
- Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and network issues, including malware removal.
- Ability to diagnose failed hardware components and perform repairs.
