Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, networks, and software both on-site at client premises in the Charlotte area and remotely. The role combines hands-on repair with proactive IT support and documentation.

You will work within a fast-paced MSP setting, handling hardware, OS, antivirus, and security tasks, while ensuring ticket responses meet KPI targets and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware, OS, and software support for workstations and networks.
• Experience with server basics and VPN connectivity.
• Ability to document work and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across workstations, devices, OS and software.
• Provide onsite and remote customer support with proper documentation.
• Prioritize tickets per SOPs and KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot desktop problems, VPN connectivity, and basic server functions.
• Perform hardware repairs, maintenance, and security tasks.
