Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies including AD, DFS, and Print Services.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 1+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years supporting Windows, Mac or Linux in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse software and hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvements.
• Manage local technical projects and associated documentation.
