Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier MSP delivering enterprise-class IT services to businesses nationwide. We are seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, hardware, software, networks, and more—both remotely and onsite in the Portland area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, recovery, updates.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Working knowledge of business networking incl. AD, GP, file sharing, and server apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, devices, OS, software, hardware, and basic server functions.
• Provide onsite and remote support with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets, follow SOPs, and meet KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, hardware failures, line-of-business apps, and basic servers.
