Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and networking.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Microsoft 365 experience required.
• Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, software, hardware, networks.
• Provide remote and on-site support with strong customer service.
• Handle escalated tickets and complex issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with server support and virtualization.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
• Document work and test solutions.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
