Job summary

Starr Cybersecurity, headquartered in Dodge City, Kansas, is seeking a hands-on Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services for our diverse client base.

You will provide remote and on-site support, participate in hardware diagnostics, configure operating systems, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and assist with virtualization (Hyper‑V). Travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and networking.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Microsoft 365 experience; Azure/virtualization exposure is a plus.
• Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security and antivirus tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, software, hardware, networks, and basic server environments.
• Provide both remote and onsite support to clients with clear communication and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Handle escalated tickets and more complex technical issues across environments.
• Assist with server support and virtualization (Hyper‑V experience is nice to have).
• Document work, test solutions, and recommend improvements to system performance.
