Vylor Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking an innovative IT Sub Regional Lead for North America. You will define and execute IT solutions across a portfolio, oversee field services, ensure site management, and lead local IT teams to deliver high-quality support.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on operations, requiring collaboration with cross‑functional teams, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proven IT operations management experience, including field services and site-based IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware; familiarity with ITIL/PM practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Management: Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within the sub region, ensuring consistent delivery of IT services and support.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage site IT teams, including field service technicians and site IT support staff.
• Service Delivery & Quality: Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Site Management: Oversee hardware/software installations, maintenance, and upgrades across regional sites while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Project & Vendor Management: Lead regional IT projects and evaluate vendor performance for improvements.
• Security, Compliance & Documentation: Enforce security policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain detailed system documentation.
