Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Des Moines, IA, seeks an innovative NA Sub Regional IT Lead to shape and deliver IT services across multiple sites. You will build vision, manage field services, and lead local IT teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will report to the Regional IT Operations Leader and drive improvements, staffing, and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
3+ years of IT operations management including field services and site IT support.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware.
Proven leadership ability with team management and coaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with global teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations and field services across multiple sites within the sub region.
Lead and manage site IT teams, ensuring adequate staffing and scheduling.
Monitor service performance metrics and ensure timely incident resolution.
Oversee site hardware/software installations, maintenance and upgrades.
Lead regional IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
