Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is building a modern Digital Workplace to enable productivity, collaboration, and performance globally. The Executive Support Lead will shape and deliver a differentiated technology experience for Vylor's most senior leaders.

You will lead Executive Support engineers and matrixed resources, partnering with Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to ensure flawless service delivery for ELT/board activities and high-visibility events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 12 years in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.
• Experience leading Executive Support, workplace technology, VIP support, or other high-touch technology service organizations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint technologies, mobility solutions, collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to lead engineers, vendors, contractors, and matrixed support resources.
• Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings, executive events, and other high-visibility business engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly responsive executive technology services and ensuring readiness for leadership activities.
• Lead readiness for Board of Directors meetings, ELT/GLT events, and executive engagements.
• Oversee Executive Support engineers, contractors, and matrixed resources.
• Develop talent, set service standards, and drive consistent execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance.
