Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an IT Engineering Lead – Executive Support to guide a high-visibility technology service organization within our Digital Workplace.

You’ll lead ELT/GLT tech readiness, executive-endpoint strategy, and governance across engineering, vendors, and matrixed teams. You will shape a differentiated executive tech experience for our senior leaders, enabling secure, reliable, and seamless technology support for boards, leadership events, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.
• Experience leading Executive Support, workplace technology, VIP support, or other high-touch technology service organizations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint technologies, mobility solutions, collaboration platforms, and workplace technologies.
• Proven ability to lead engineers, vendors, contractors, and matrixed support resources.
• Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings, executive events, and other high-visibility business engagements.
• Strong service management, problem-solving, and operational leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly responsive and differentiated technology experience for ELT, GLT, and designated executive stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for executive technology issues and service concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and executive assistants to ensure technology supports business priorities.
• Lead technology readiness and support for Board of Directors meetings and executive events.
• Ensure executive environments, meeting technologies, and supporting services are prepared and tested before critical events.
• Develop readiness standards, contingency plans, and support models for high-visibility activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight for Executive Support engineers, contractors, and service providers.
• Lead delivery through direct and matrixed reporting and ensure consistent execution.
• Develop talent, establish service standards, and drive performance across resources.
