Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking an IT Solutions Manager for Operations (NorAm) in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You'll report to the VP of IT and drive IT solutions across Purchasing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to boost efficiency and quality.

The role partners with regional leaders and global IT to align initiatives with business goals and enable data-driven decisions. You'll manage end-to-end IT solutions, oversee project portfolios, and lead global and regional IT initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years IT leadership experience with a focus on Purchasing and Supply Chain systems for Manufacturing or CPG industry.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ERP and Supply Chain planning solutions (SAP strongly).
• Experience leading full lifecycle IT solution implementation, including planning, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration across levels.

• Strategic Business Partner – optimizing IT systems and processes across Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations.
• Application Management – end-to-end operation’s technology solutions.
• Global Project Engagement – align regional needs with group IT systems.
• Project Portfolio Management – prioritize, assess risks, deliver on time and budget.
• Implementation and Maintenance of IT Solutions – lead lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
• Vendor Performance and Relationship Management – manage SLAs and negotiations.
