Zusammenfassung

Elanco is seeking a Regional IT Tech Support Lead to oversee North America end-user computing, IT infrastructure, and regional service delivery from its Indianapolis HQ. You will coordinate regional standards, drive KPI reporting, and collaborate with Global IT TechOps to ensure consistent, high-quality IT services across sites.

You will manage EUC lifecycle, asset management, and incident resolution, while hands-on supporting PCs, printers, networking, and collaboration tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, networking, computer engineering or equivalent with practical certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating regional IT support operations or cross-functional IT projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate regional IT support standards, processes, and KPIs across North America.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement with site-based teams.
• Lead regional Tech Support coordination and information sharing among sites.
• Serve as primary regional point of contact for IT Ops, coordinating with Global IT TechOps and stakeholders.
• Support IT infrastructure and EUC lifecycles, including documentation and SOPs.
• Provide deskside and end-user support for on-site HQ and R&D equipment and services.
