Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an IT Engineering Lead – Executive Support to drive the high-impact technology experience for our most senior leaders.

You will lead a team, manage readiness for Board meetings and executive events, and partner with Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to ensure secure, reliable technologies for ELT and GLT. Travel up to 30-40% and work in the SE Pennsylvania/Philadelphia area, with a focus on delivering a differentiated executive technology experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services or related.
• 3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.
• Experience leading Executive Support, VIP support, or other high-touch tech service orgs.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Support engineers and resources in direct and matrixed delivery models.
• Oversee readiness for Board meetings and executive events.
• Manage executive endpoint lifecycle and security per standards.
• Develop and enforce service standards and KPIs for Executive Support.
