Job summary

Vylor is seeking an innovative IT Sub Regional Lead for North America to set and realize the IT vision across multiple sites. You will manage IT operations, field services, and local teams, delivering high-quality IT support and services in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will partner with stakeholders, lead regional IT projects, and ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations management across multiple locations.
• Experience leading regional IT teams and delivering IT services in a matrix environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within a sub region, ensuring consistent delivery of IT services and support.
• Lead and manage site IT teams, including field service technicians and site IT staff, ensuring staffing and scheduling alignment.
• Monitor service quality, resolve incidents, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and new technology implementations within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate change, release, and configuration management; establish strong cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; participate in audits as required.
• Develop strategic partnerships with product vendors and suppliers; provide on-call support as needed.
