Bel Brands USA is seeking an IT Senior Solutions Manager – Operations (NorAm) to design, manage and optimize IT systems across Purchasing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. The role partners with regional leaders and global IT to ensure data‑driven decisions align with business goals.

The position is hybrid and based in Chicago, reporting to the VP of IT, with responsibilities spanning project portfolio, implementation, maintenance, and vendor management for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, SCM, or related field.
• 8+ years IT leadership in Purchasing and Supply Chain for Manufacturing/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partner—optimize IT systems across Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations.
• End-to-end operation’s technology solutions management.
• Global project engagement aligning regional needs with group IT systems.
• Portfolio management of IT and operations projects with governance.
• Lead lifecycle of IT solution implementation with stakeholders.
