Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered with prior State Human Resources approval.
• Requires holder to drive routinely.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1–3 hardware and software support for Agency equipment to ensure proper operating environment.
• Assist IT Technician II with resolving hardware and software issues and cover during absences.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and install new products; assist management with IT growth decisions.
• Participate in IT Services meetings and assist Networking with process improvement and documentation.
• Keep records of site visits, mileage, and maintenance; submit reports promptly.
• Additional duties as required.
