The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Regional Field Tech in Florence County to deliver tier 1–3 IT support for agency equipment and systems in the Kershaw, Fairfield, Lee, Chesterfield, and Darlington areas.

This in-office role requires hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration tasks, and collaboration with IT staff and area managers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT systems, computer science or related field.
• Experience in information technology systems or related area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive routinely.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier 1–3 IT support for agency equipment and systems.
• Assist IT Technician II and cover during their absence.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and installations.
• Document site visits, mileage, and fuel receipts.
• Coordinate with area managers and staff to resolve issues.
