Job summary

Ejamerica is seeking an experienced Deskside/IT support specialist in Avon, IN for hands-on desktop support and end-user computing. You will handle Windows 10/11 administration, Microsoft 365 support, and hardware break-fix, with remote assistance capabilities and strong documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, travel 2 hours, mileage reimbursement, and quarterly trips as needed. Midwest region presence preferred with on-site work and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and end-user computing.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 administration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong Microsoft 365 support skills (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with endpoint security tools (Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, BitLocker).
• Familiar with SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, and ManageEngine for system management and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support across hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Manage and troubleshoot endpoint security and patching processes.
• Utilize remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk) to assist users.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain a stable desktop environment.
