The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to join our nationwide MSP team in Plano. You will diagnose and repair issues across workstations, networks, and basic servers, delivering proactive, customer-focused support onsite and remotely.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows OS, networking knowledge, and certifications (A+ preferred). The role requires travel to local client sites and collaboration with engineers to maintain security and uptime.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on hardware and software repair experience.
• Strong Windows OS expertise including installation and updates.
• Familiar with antivirus, firewall, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on workstations, devices, networks, and servers.
• Provide onsite and remote support with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Follow SOPs to prioritize tickets and meet KPI goals.
