Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier MSP delivering enterprise-class IT services nationwide. We seek a Regional Service Technician who combines hands-on hardware and software fix-it skills with strong communication to diagnose and resolve issues at client sites and remotely.

You’ll handle workstations, networks, and basic server functions while traveling to local client premises as needed. Ideal candidates will have certifications such as A+, Net+, or Sec+, solid Windows OS knowledge, and experience with

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving workstation, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ability to install, configure, and repair operating systems and security tools.
• Proven track record of delivering remote and on-site IT support with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues with workstations, devices, OS, software, and hardware.
• Provide on-site and remote support with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets and resolve them using SOPs and KBs.
