Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier Managed Service Provider delivering enterprise-class IT services to businesses nationwide. We’re seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, networks, and servers, both onsite and remotely.

You’ll be the key contact for clients, ensuring timely troubleshooting, documentation, and proactive system health. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Windows, AD/GP, security tools, and networking, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• A+ / Net+ / Security+ or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AD, Group Policy, file sharing, and server apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, devices, OS, software, and hardware onsite or remotely.
• Document interactions and follow SOPs to meet KPI goals.
• Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, and basic server functions; perform hardware repair and security tasks.
• Install, configure, and update software and antivirus/tools; back up data and perform restores.
• Install networking cables, patch panels, racks, and manage wiring layouts.
