• Experience with hardware assembly and repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, devices, software, networking; onsite and remote support.
• Document interactions, follow SOPs, and meet KPI goals.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks including diagnostics.
