A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote support. Candidates should have a background in networking and Windows systems, with strong troubleshooting skills. The role involves maintaining client satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT field service or MSP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network security tools and practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and applications.
• Troubleshoot networking environments including LAN/WAN.
• Assist with implementing network security solutions.
• Perform system updates and preventive maintenance.
• Document all work performed including technical procedures.
